Mission
WRC, LLC will exceed client expectations by understanding
and anticipating their needs, ensuring the highest quality of
value-added products and services in a manner that is most honest,
efficient and cost effective. Above all, WRC,LLC believes in keeping
it simple and living by the Golden Rule in all matters professional
and personal.
History
Steve Weitzel, President and Company Mgr of WRC,
LLC was raised in a roofing family of German-Russian descent in
southeastern Minnesota. Having learned from the old-timers –
strong work ethics, quality workmanship and reliability are at
the core of what WRC, LLC values most.
After 30 years of trusted and committed service
in the field of commercial and industrial roofing, Steve Weitzel
decided to establish his own family-owned business in 1998 serving
the greater middle Tennessee area. In the first 5 years of business,
while having no room in the budget for advertising, WRC experienced
slow but steady growth while building and maintaining a loyal
client base solely through word of mouth and referrals.
In the summer of 2003, Cynthia A. Weitzel, after
many years of program management experience in the non-profit
field, joined WRC, LLC full-time assuming the role of Treasurer
and Office Mgr. Cynthia earned her BBA – Business Management
and Fine Art Minor from APSU in 2000 and is also Deaf. Being Bi-lingual
(English/American Sign Language) and Bi-cultural is a plus, but
it is her gift for being creative that allows her to overcome
the everyday obstacles that arise when trying to conduct business
in a majority hearing world. After 15+ years marriage to a roofer
from a roofing family, she couldn’t help but learn a thing
or two about the roofing industry.
WRC, LLC has now been in business for more than
9 years and recently relocated back to the Minnesota, Wisconsin
area in order to be closer to family. From porch roof repairs
to industrial plant roof maintenance to complete tear-off/re-roofs
of treasured historic city landmarks; WRC, LLC has a proven track
record for being knowledgeable, skillful, responsible, and trustworthy
when it comes to handling all your roofing needs.

The Alcohol & Drug Council of Middle Tennessee,
Inc. was founded in 1966 by individuals who saw the devastating
effects of alcohol and drugs on the individual, the family, and
the community. They felt that problems created by chemical dependency
must be addressed in a pro-active way with programs of education,
prevention and intervention. Since that beginning, the Council
continues its commitment to helping people find …a better
way.
